When I send an email from my laptop on gmail, I used to receive a copy on my blackberry.

I just installed the new operating system .148 on my blackberry storm, but now, I no longer receive the copy on my blackberry.

How can I get this feature back? I need my sent emails to appear on my blackberry if I send them from my desktop.

I did the service books already. My email is working. It's just when I send an email on my laptop, it does not appear on my blackberry like it used to before I downloaded the new OS.

check your settings on the BIS page where your email is set up. there is a filter you can change to make it deliver the sent messages to your BB

This was never a feature, but rather a Bug in how BIS was working with Gmail.

It's now fixed. I found it rather annoying myself. It would also send you a copy of the email if you sent it from you BB device in the first place.
