been having problems with my storm and went to exchange it and said they will be sending me a thru(threw??<,,) device,, they said its like new and when asked if refurbrished they said no,,,can someone explain was thru is??
It's gotta be FRU. My replacement was a FRU and it has been by far much better than my original. Screen clicks better and so far has been a GEM. I got it early last week, so I don't think it was a refurb.
