just got off the phone with cs, im getting a new one because mine has very bad call quality but my ? is if i bought quicklaunch will i be able to redownload it on the new one or am i screwed.. thanks

When the new storm arrives, try doing device switch through DM and see if it transfers. If not, sometimes you can contact the seller and they will send you another copy once your phones replaced.

I typically contact the company that sold the software, they're usually amenable to one switch. More and you'll have to explain what's going on.
