Has anyone ghad issues getting their pre-order from Best Buy?

If you didn't pick up your pre-order already from bestbuy, I don't think its going to be there.

My bestbuy had 22 preorders and only 7 came. The 7 that came were for retail sales and not preorders so the manager gave those 7 away for the preorders.

At my bestbuy, they told me I had to pick the preorder up with my appointment that was only on Saturday or else I would lose the preorder.

I ordered one from the VZW store at 730am on Friday with saturday delivery,which arrived via Fed Ex at 930am saturday.

(I didnt trust my best buy pre-order, so went to VZW just in case.)

Then best buy called me and I strolled into bestbuy at 330pm on Friday and picked up my pre-order and gave it to my friend to put on his vzw contract.

I was able to purchase 2 storms on friday.... who said this thing was hard to get?

friday i was told by a best buy rep that my phone would be ready "tomorrow afternoon" but no exact time ... i got a call saturday at 12pm on the dot telling me that i can come in any time to pick up the phone. So from my experience i can say that best buy handled this release better than most VZW corporate stores lol

I preordered online last thursday, its still processing. So yea i have a fn problem lol

Only trouble you could have is if you are a business customer, they can't deal with business customers. They didn't tell me this until I went down to pick mine up and they screwed me out of getting one!
