I accidentally posted this in the wrong section and thought I would post it here.

Is there a way to sell the Garmin application to another Storm user? If so I am interested in selling my application I just don't know how to go about doing that. Any information is greatly appreciated.

Tell Garmin that your phone was destroyed and they will allow you to move it to another device for a $10 charge.
