camera options are boring with this, imo, there should be more like negative, or something that looks like night vision!
though i did notice on your capture that you do not have an option for WHITEBOARD, i am running leaked .75 os and its on there not sure if its OS specific

The WHITEBOARD option seemed to have gone away for me after OS .83 (now .85). I never figured out what that option did, although I guessed (perhaps incorrectly) that it was for taking photos of plain text on paper. Anyone out there know what it was for?

I know what it was for...it was there to **** me off. The only time I ever had my phone freeze was when I thought I would find out what the "Whiteboard" option did. That resulted in my only crash related battery pull in the week that I've had my phone.

"whiteboard" seems to be for taking pictures of things with a white background. Or maybe it just makes the background white . . . not 100% sure. Took a picture of my apple keyboard (white keys) and a pic of white paper w/ text and it seemed to brighten the white and make text more legible. Took pics of other things and all I got was a white screen

I also am interested in what this is or does. I have searched the web and found nothing.
It seems this thread has gotten off track but heres what it says in the manual.

    Applying fun effects

1: Go to the gallery containing the picture you'd like to changeand click on it.
2: Once the picture is in expanded view, click on the "Fun Effects" link.
3: Click on the effect(s) of your choice. You can remove the effect(s) at any time.
4: When you're satisfied with the enhanced picture, click on the "Done" button.
    TIA for any help

Fun Effects are not something you can do from the phone... the manual is referencing Verizon's online picture album service. You can create an online picture album to upload the pictures from your phone into, and that is where you can use the Fun Effects. You are reading this in the section of the manual that is specifically talking about this online picture album service.

It's ok! Ha ha ha ha! I'm just glad that I had a manual sitting on my desk collecting dust. When I read your thread, I found it in the manual. It's all good!
