Is there any way to completely redo the OS on the Storm? I mean as in bring it back to it's original box-state. Sorry if this has been covered, I'm just at wits end.
you can do a handheld wipe...first do a backup so you can restore all your contacts, data, calendar entries etc. Then go into options>Security options>General Settings>then hit the menu button and wipe handheld. After that reload the OS and do ur backup restore
