Wow! I have only ever had about 22mb at the most, since day 1 (11/21). Currently everything is closed and I only have 4.8mb free. How the heck is that possible? I think it averages about 16mb free at any given time. Why does it seem that everyone else has a lot of free memory and I have so little? I have about 8 apps installed and close everything when I'm done with it. Only things that constantly run are normal for Storm.
How do I get rid of Vcast and Yahoo messenger? Vcast doesn't show up in either the phone OR desktop manager, yahoo shows up in desktop manager but only gives the option to install it, not remove it, yet the icons for both programs are sitting there in my home menu.

From my phone I deleted
BB messenger hid all the other
messaging apps xcept yahoo
put yahoo in apps foldr deleted mess folder.
Deleted BB maps ( I use VZ Nav )
Deleted task mgr
Oh also another tip;
clean even log
from home screen
hit menu key
go into landscape
hit and lock num lock
the command is
"/"/
hit enter or return key
will bring up event log
bring up menu and clear that
By the way I tried using desktop mgr to remove those languages. It was confusing.
If i remember correctly it says leave blank the items u want to delete. And check the items u want to keep. Seems like it should be the other way around.

if i may add to that...whatever you do, look across to the action column and it will say what it is going to do.
so even if it's checked, if it is already on your device then the action will say nothing.
