    The new VZ storm site is up and they a giving away free storms to people in NYC. If you read the contest terms it begins Nov 6th and ends Nov 15th. Remember how we keep hearing about about the 15th? Since the contest is for certificates to be used for free storms and it ends the 15th, I would be willing to bet that's the day you can cash them in. Sound off on this thread if you will be participating in the contest for the rest of us that don't live in the big apple!
