Flash is not available for the blackberry. Please try to do a search next time as many questions like these have alread been asked a ton of times. Also searching provides additional information that may also answer other question you may have.

Flash doesn't work with Blackberry yet, but word is someone is out there working on it.

Do a search in the "news and rumors section" you should find the information there. Adobe is trying for 2009.
