I hope this is not posted anywhere else becasuse I could not find it.

I currently have the 4.7.0.75. Is this the latest official firmware? or is the .133 the latest?

Also, can someone give me the link or explanation on how to update your firmware? Can you do via OTA directly on the device?

The latest official release for the storm from verizon is OS 4.7.0.75. The latest leaked beta is 4.7.0.148. The latest betas that we know about are 4.7.0.220 and 5.0.0.126. You can find out more about the official and leaked from the following threads.
