If doing a hard reset (removing the battery and reinserting it) doesn't help, then you may want to reload the OS or load a different OS version. You can also try backing up your phone, then restore it to original condition using a handheld security wipe (see Options > Security). Then, just restore individual databases using the Advanced restore option in the Desktop Manager. That's where I'd start.
