i have the same problem but it also lost all my regular contacts
i thought this was going to be a good update but instead it gives me a **** load of problems

Did you backup your phone before you started doing the upgrade? If so, just restore from that backup. Everything will come back. Updating my husband's phone went according to plan, but I had to restore everything on my phone from the backups I did before I started. That restore brought back everything--contacts, calendar, BBM contacts, etc.
I did backup, Although I thought I did, it madea folder in my computer and everything!!
If you manually backed up the phone before you started, you need to search your PC for a file ending in .ipd. The actual file name will look like this: Backup-(2009-05-31).
ok guys thanks for the help, but new problem i restored phone from backup i did before upgrade and everything is good except i cant acess appworld and browser is gone now i have heard of a similiar problem with no browser so should i just follow that and do a battery pull??

Dice Im not sure why yours isnt doing anything but i backed up mine it worked and then resent service books after battery pull and i think all my problems are solved try restoring again
I found the ...Backup.ipd with todays date, since i did backup earlier, but nothing happens!
You need to have the phone hooked up to DM... then click on the Backup/Restore option. Click on Restore and browse to that file and open it through the restore.
