Well, my wife is not a problem, as it is her that is in the porn on my phone... But I sure as **** wouldnt want my daughter seeing that if I let her watch a movie on my phone. "IMO" trying to push your beliefs down a persons throat guised as an opinion, is the same thing as stating it outwardly..

My spouse knows that I have porn on my Storm and its not big deal. I have it on my computer too and we watch it together so no need to hide it lol.

But...I see need to hide it from people at work. Imagine going to work and people say can I see your new Storm and find porn? You don't want to be an *** and say no then they think you hiding something. So I see this thing being useful. I also like to hide it from my knowsy nephew.

okay guys & gals. there's one major loophole with this app. if you (or a snooper) change the locked file's extension back by renaming the file by emailing it to his or another email acct and renaming it, the file opens. I can see this as a potential problem since if the person is able to browse thru your phone in the first place, and for those less storm knowledgeable that would mean he would be able to send the file anywhere he wants. It would lead me to believe that all this app does is add on the ".lck" ext. If this loophole was fixed, it would be a pretty useful app.

Never said it was foolproof but it'll protect you from most casual uses, like your kids calling their friends.

You can rename the files if needed which helps, so yes they could send them but will they bother with a 700meg file via bluetooth? You sure ain't gonna email it.

If i had to hide my porn from my wife, she wouldnt be my wife to begin with .. As far as my kids getting on my phone thats not even an option, thats why they have thier own cell phones..standing rule in my house .. STAY OFF MINE, if you want to keep yours..Anyway like I said no issues having to hide my content from my wife in fact shes usually the one sending it to me lol.. but anyway thanks for the app link .. This is also a usually app or those people you run into who see you with the phone and beg you to just let them click the screen. Then they start looking around and games and what not and usually pics for some reason. Everyone, friends or not always end up looking in the pic gallery. Then I'm like, "Ok! Great phone isn't it!? Well give it back now gotta go! Bye!"

If your having probs uninstall it and try again. It works fine for me most of the time.

As for finding stuff again, just click on the Filelock icon and enter your password. Then search for the folder you put it in, just try it out on some non important stuff first. It ain't hard honestly, if I can do it so can you.

how do you UNHIDE a photo on the BB when you click on the phone, click Properties and hide? i cant seem to find a way

Go into media/ pictures, then hit the bb key. Click explore, go into media card/ blackberry folder/ picture folder, hit bb key, show hidden.

I have some files hidden on my phone right now, so I am not speaking from a "holier than thou" perspective, but I would say hiding porn from your wife is the beginning of a big problem--if you want a solid relationship, you don't do things like this. And if you don't want your kids to see something, then you have no business having it yourself, IMO. Just my .02.
