Well, it finally looks as if my replacement is coming today.

So, one thing I need answers with.....the SIM card.
Since I requested(demanded....lol) a brand new one, do I have to switch the SIM cards, and will this complete the activation process for the new one? And if so, how do you get the SIM card out? I think I see some screws in the thing.

Sorry if this is an easy process, I am not the smartest when it comes to this kind of thing obviously.

Unless you're travelling overseas, you should do yourself a favor and forget there is a SIM in there. It's meaningless unless you are going across the pond.

I actually just got mine.
