I have searched the forums without any luck (and google as well)- how do you retrieve a fax that was sent to you through visual voicemail? I sent a test fax to my phone yesterday and now cannot figure out how to retrieve it? It gives me a phone icon which I guess I should click and when I do it goes into my voicemail and starts playing my messages. I haven't heard any options on how to get, forward or retrieve the fax that is in my visual voicemail.

Please help. I really want to use this fax feature for my work but it's no good if I can't retrieve the fax or send it to print elsewhere.

ok, 3 months later but i'm having the same issue. do you need another app to open faxes? haven't had much luck on the forums with this issue

It should give you a option when you call into you're voicemail. The fax option you have to send to a fax number to print out. You cannot see the fax on you're phone it is basically a holding point for a fax.
