I have fat fingers.. When texting the finger cover 1 sometimes 2 keys. I wish there was a way to get the key depressed to display somewhere other than under my fat fingers!!!

Is there a way that I can enter text - such as contacts directly thru my computer (i.e. contacts) to get them into the Storm. I don's see a way to do it via DM. Perhaps 3rd party software?

You realize you can put all your contacts in Outlook and sync it, right?

You can do this with google as well, from what I've read. Never used google for anything other than maps and mail, myself, however. Good luck!

you can use google for your contacts. BUT there are some differences in the format that the storm uses and google. I think the address field for google needs to be one line, where you can enter it on the phone in seperate sections:

    Storm:
    name
    street
    city state zip

    Google:
    name
    street city state zip

If one doesnt like the other format you might get duplicate entries for phone# and addresses. Once I figured out how to make both formats happy it was all good.

if you don't have it "on" already, turn the "show key indicator" option on so that when you are highlighting a letter, the letter shows above the key--like on the iPhone. Go to options, keyboard and then scroll to "show key indicator" and set it to "always".

Good luck. Hope it helps but it definitely helped me.
