My Storm constantly reboots itself several times a day and I am thinking of taking it to store for exchange. How can I delete all personal stuff on my phone? Is there any hard reset option that allows me to restore the phone to factory default?
    Thanks a lot.

Read again. Options/Security/General..... THEN hit Menu and Wipe Handheld. It's not a screen choice, HIT MENU BUTTON.

    no worries

for most applications the blackberry button is seen as a sub menu so when in a application..press it and see what it does.. tinkering is the only way to find out...some long time users sometimes forget this

Be sure to back it up first or will not have that same info for your new phone.

If your on .75 try upgrading to .103 first. That got rid of my reset problems. Save ya the hassle of resetting and returning the phone
