I was having problem with the S2 the day one I have in my hand, recently, I just couldn't bear it any more so I called up Asurion to send me the replacement phone while I am traveling in Geneva.
the Asurion did great replacement service in few mins, and even send the phone overseas to me in Geneva. which I was surprised they could even offer this type of the service.
it is totally worth the fees every month, I highly recommend people add this insurance. now, I have the perfect touch screen from Rim.
seing how hes in geneva dont see how he would have warranty..so insurance would be the only way to replace....shows how much you read and kno geeker. lol
