At about the point where the Apploader completes the back up and resets the phone for the first time it stalled out on me. Eventually I got a message saying "Could not complete install."

OK, So I rebooted, then uninstalled and will reboot again. I'm guessing corrupt file.

Should I redownload and try again?

Uninstall OS from computer. Restart computer.

Download file again, reinstall to computer. Reboot computer.

Open browser in Phone, Options, Cache options, delete all. battery pull.

Retry install.

Yep, downloading now I had the cable guy here. All reboots are ready had to pull battery to restart it anyway, will do another pull just to make sure.
