Everytime i reboot my storm, i get this error at the startup...( see the attachment)

everything else is fine....over my 2 weeks of use and abuse, i have not experienced anything bad with storm....any ideas on what could be causing this error? oh , and the reboot is always when i am adding or removing an app.......any ideas?
