I keep getting the following error when I try to open a word doc.

! An internal error has occured! (6)

I can open excel files fine, any suggestions?

The doc is only 13k so I dont think it is too big. I have tried to just open it, download to media card no luck either way.

BTW, I am running .99 but this problem has been since I had the Storm with .65 on it. I even downloaded The Premium trial and no change.

Thanks for the help Zafor! I found out my problem after calling Verizon.

I was trying to open word docs that I forwared from my company enterprise server. I am a BIS subscriber and this must be the problem because any word doc sent from home opens fine.
