I received this error when trying to backup 3rd party apps when following CX instructions:
An error was encountered while attempting to retrieve wirelessly delivered applications from the device. If you continue with the loading process, you will need to reinstall those applications wirelessly. Do you wish to continue?

Any help would be greatly appreciated I am a n00b and want to load .99 but want to make sure i have a good backup of my apps before going forward.
