i have tried to backup my phone so i can wipe it, and reinstall the os, but it stops at Custom Words Selection evrytime and gives me this error message "error backing up database(s)". i tried to clear the custom words selection manually, but it still stops on it.
also, what's the equivalent of standby mode on the Storm?
go to advanced and copy all files to the left hand pane except for browser cache. That was the problem I had. After that, choose file/save as and save your backup. Doing a wipe cured the backup problem for me. Good luck.
