I'm trying to back up my phone but keep getting "Error Backing up database!". What can I do?

I had that problem until I emptied all of the browser caches

Thanks for the suggestion. Tried it but no go. I seems to be backing up map locations when it encounters the error. Anyone have suggestions?

Go to browser, options, cache operations, and then clear browsing history, cookies, and pushed content, that will fix the problem
