A frustrating day of chasing gremlins in my Storm 2.

This evening I launch Desk top manager 6.0

A window opens me windows installer will install Blackberry 9550

Next is a warning message: The desk top manager is running. Please close it. Select cancel to abort installation.

I close desk top manager.

Next: "Please wait while windows configures Blackberry 9550."

Next: "error 1606: could not access network location"

This is not a new machine.

Can somebody translate all this and tell me what is going on?

I bet the ANDROID users aren't having these problems, and that is my next move.

You could have called tech support, but instead you make rash comments about moving to Android. go ahead. go to android, because those phones are all PERFECT [major sarcasm] (not that YOUR issue has ANYTHING to do with your BB phone)
