Does anyone know then Epocrates will be ready for the Storm. They say on the website early 2009. Just checking if anyone else had more specific information.
    Thanks

    Hello
Thanks for the link. I've been reading all over and trying to get Epocrates to get me a date. I won't have the Storm until end of the month when my new every 2 comes due. Have you enjoyed the Storm? Any comments you would like to share with me?
    Thanks

I heard about the .85 update? Is that what you have? I saw it says istall at your own risk? what does that mean? I take it hasn't been released from BB. Thanks

I'm running .85 and my Storm has never worked better. Intall at your own risk refers to the fact that .85 has not been officially released by RIM; however all updates do come from RIM. They don't publicly release them all or we would be doing updates every other day.

Im using epocrates on my storm without a hitch! You have to have opera mini installed, got to get.epocrates.com and download epocrates from opera.Click disable compatability in applications and it works like i had it on my curve. Hope this helps until the offical version is released.

Do you understand what dblum is saying? I'm not very smart at all this stuff?

Dblum meansOpera mini is a browser you can install on your Storm: i have it. One thing of note; it doesnt support the Storm click. You select by touching the screen. After installing it, navigate to the epocrates site and download. Click "disable compatibility in applications" when downloaded.

wow thats crazy, so the click works on everything else but the problem. I think its weird that you can have something from them before its be released. So what happens when the real thin comes out? (ie support the click) Do you have to deleted and re-download it? Or do you get rid of operamini?
    Thanks

What about the browser that is already on the Storm? Does it mess it up downloading the Opera? Sorry for all the questions.
    Thanks

I've read previous posts about being able to use Epocrates on the Blackberry Storm but I'm wondering if this only applies to Epocrates Rx Pro or if anyone has used Epocrates Essentials /& or Deluxe version on on the BB Storm. I want to get the Storm but have been waiting to find out if the Essentials / Deluxe version can be used because that is what I've paid for and use all the time. Can this version be used by downloading opera mini?

Give it a shot.. it will unlock the full version based on your username and password when you set it up at the beginning...

Also, it prompts auto-updates 2x/ week for me...so it should keep you up to date...

I thought the official Storm Version was already out?

What kind of doc are you? (I'm assuming you are a doc from your username. Apologies if I am incorrect)

The Storm version of Epocrates Pro is out and working. As far as I know, there is not a version of Epocrates Essentials available for Blackberry, so the Dx & Sx & Lab features are not available. You can also now download using the Blackberry browser and do not need to use Opera Mini. Go to "get.epocrates.com" to download.
