    hello all!

    I recently did a wipe of my Storm and installed .83 on it. I got everything installed without an issue but when I attempt to activate it on my work's enterprise server, I get the following error:

    "An error occurred. Please contact your System Administrator."

    Has anyone ever experienced this before and have any thoughts on how to fix this?

    How are you trying to activate? Usually that means your activation password is typed in wrong.

    After the BES admin sets a password for activation and you activate it makes the password blank in BES. Your BES admin has to type in a password into BES everytime you Activate. So if you haven't told him you are reactivating he/she probably hasn't set a new password for you.
