Hi.... hope this isn't posted somewhere & i've just missed it.....

i'm wondering if there's some setting i haven't configured correctly: when i try to enter things like ID & password into web-based forms (like VZ chaperone login or the washington post subscriber page), when i hit "enter" after typing my info, the page just refreshes without acknowledging the login - i've tried using mozilla & then other browsers, but don't know what else to tinker with or what i'm doing wrong.

I've had this problem too. Try selecting the arrow in cursor mode and hitting the button.

How did you get VZ Chaperone to allow you to put a username and password in? When I get to the sign in screen it won't bring up the drop down to sign in.

Like, SarahBara9196 said, try using the arrow. Also, a battery pull might fix the issue. Good luck.

You can usually also pull up the Menu key, and the highlighted option will be OK. This works too.
