I DL the new .109 OS. I was in the process of the software removal on DM when I accidentally hit cancel. Which made the DM remove software but not add any!! Now phone does not even show up on DM. Pin says NONE!! Phone says "Reload Software 507". Please tell me I didn't completely screw up my phone?! What do I do now???

Try a battery pull and load a working OS via app loader. Its nearly impossible to brick a storm.

yeah, the 507 just means it doesn't have any software loaded on it.

it's ready for you to install, so your good, don't worry.

On DM pin still shows "none". little box came up with pin number in it with a spot to enter a password. I don't think I have one, so I clicked next. Computer came back saying "Desktop Loader is unable to connect to device. You may need to enter the password on the device". Any suggestions?

Use Apploader C/program files/common files/ research in motion/apploader
Then install your OS that way.

You will also want to restart your pc.

OS .109? Is that out for the 9530? I know it's out for the 9500...or are you downloading the hybrid?

My son is at Childrens Hospital with a bowel obstruction. My husband is with him while I'm home with other kids. I've had literally NO sleep for going on 48hrs now. Without my phone I can't get updates on my son, until I get to go to hosp in AM...VERY IMPORTANT
