Hey all,
I've done a search already and can't find a thread that addresses this particular issue for me...

I have my company email on my BB through the Exchange Server. Today I went through and deleted a bunch of old emails on my PC at my desk and only some of them deleted on my device. I did the whole "Reconcile Now" thing and I have my settings set to "Mailbox Wins". What can I do to make sure all those emails delete when I do it on my computer?

Did you also set the setting "delete on mailbox and handheld"? Same place you found the mailbox wins.

Are you the BES admin for your exchange?

I did not see that option on my Pearl. Has something changed?
