Hi all,

Maybe I just pushed the wrong button or something, but all of the sudden, my screen will not go into landscape mode only when I am in email (viewing or creating). On the main screen it rotates between portrait and landscape views just fine, but not in email (where I want to use the qwerty keyboard). I have had the phone for a week and it used to work fine. I have tried turning the device off and on. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

By 'turning the device off and on', do you mean pulling the battery? If not, try that.

OK, how long does it typically take to reboot? That little clock has been spinning around for at least 2 minutes.

It's normal. I have a feeling you'll be landscaping in no time.
