I woke up this morning and had an email from "[email protected]". It said my email account was invalid and that I had to update my password. So I did. But it's still not working. My error message is "Invalid email address/password". Any ideas how to fix this?

Try logging into your BIS account and deleting and readding the email address. I had that problem last week and that's what it took to clear up the issue.
