Email question with bellsouth
Ok, I'm not sure where to post this, but I'd appreciate any help anyone can give me...
I have a storm and have not had any issues with my email up until today.
I also am a bellsouth customer (for home internet) and have this email account set up to be sent to my blackberry. As some of you may know, Bellsouth (AT&T) migrated their email to yahoo back in February and I haven't had to migrate until today. I went through the migration process and my email is fine if I check on the computer.
However, my issue is now I don't receive emails, but I can still send them from my Storm.
I've been through the help pages on ATT's site and they explain how to fix it if you are their mobile customer, but their directions for other customers are crap.

Thats the support link they send me to, but obviously its only for their customers... I'm relatively new to the blackberry world and I've been through the email settings on my phone, etc etc and I'm not sure what to do.
