    Hello,

    I've searched and searched and can't seem to find any answer to my question. I'm using redirect from my client's email address to my blackberry email address - [email protected]. I'm able to view the incoming messages but I can't reply to them. When I try to reply or compose, I see a check mark saying it was sent but no one ever receives it. I tried sending a couple of email to my own personal email to no avail. Any idea what setting I'm missing? I'm on BIS.

    hmmm, do other email addresses on your BB send correctly? Perhaps resend the service books?

    They do. My Gmail, Yahoo, and actual company email sends and receives email fine. It's just the vzw.blackberry.net account that is not working.

    I've tried sending the service books to no avail.
