I turned my BB Storm today and my email icon was not there. Can anyone please step me through the process of restoring my icon to my homescreen? Thank you in advance.

Do you mean that the email icon is totally missing? Or is there just a plain envelope instead of what your used to seeing such as the "Y" for Yahoo and so on?

If the email is totally missing: Go to setup --> email settings --> log in --> hit the blackberry key --> click service books --> send service books
