my email in box is empty, but the notifier is on showing I have one e-mail. how do I erase/reset the notification icon. I have already tried turning off the notifier in the menu and rebooting and it didn't work. can anybody help me?

Do you have multiple email account set up to your bb?

if so, try looking into each inbox individually?

Or perhaps your list is too long and that's not helping you find it..?

Was the email accidentally saved as unread? Check you saved items folder.

only have one account, and no it wasnt saved as unread. I actually just got it to go away.By sending myself an email when it notified me it just stayed showing one instead of jumping to 2. i deleted it an dnow it is gone. thanks for the help anyway guys.
