Hi, I would like to know if I can change the font (or have a "follow up" flag appear automatically) of an email from a certain email-address. For example, if I receive a crime-alert from my local police department, I would like that email to show up red in my Messages. I have a Storm.
What you can do is set up a filter to make the e-mail a level 1 message. That will make the message appear red. You can also setup a notification in your profiles to make a different sound when you get a level 1 message.
