Quick question, when I open an email attachment on my phone and just click view, such as an image, does the image get stored on the phone?

I am wondering this because, if it is, I have no idea how to remove it because eventually I can see this using up space. I'm sorry if there is an obvious answer to this, but I'm still new to the BB world.

I believe it gets stored in your phone's memory cache just like as if you were viewing a web page on the internet.
