I have dust under my screen, like everyone else I'm sure, and I sent verizon an email about it. A rep called me back and told me I should of bought screen protectors like that would stop the issue, which I don't believe would I just wanted to get so.e takes on this and see how I need to go about getting a new phone without making an insurance claim..

Lol wut? The only thing that would block it would be an otterbox. Call them directly and say you are having issues viewing wvents on the calender. Mention that it could be dust or could be dead pixels but either way you would like to make a warranty claim
