Can you give more detail about the issue? Are you having problems dropping calls? And the menu issue; are you saying that you have one application open, select the menu but another menu will show?

Depends on what apps you have installed I would say, but more detail will help.

during call, 3 times I'm at work in the cave and 1 time I'm on my house on the first floor...since upgrade to .99

when 2 or 3 applications open and I want to change another, it's not the menu to change application appear but the other one BB menu
