    I would agree, if you can swing a replacement, do that.....only try the other techniques if there is no way you can get another phone, ( which sounds like you can) I've never seen so many dropped phone posts, for me, my BB is like a bar of gold, Just try gettin it off me, just you try it!! LOL

    The phone seems to be working fine. Should I still file a claim?
    If you can afford the 50 bucks to get it replaced, yeah I would. Just for peace of mind if nothing else. Everytime the phone acts up in the least little bit you are going to wonder if it is the water damage.

    this thread reminds me of the time i was drunk and dropped my old phone in the toilet as i was "using the toilet" .. i had to wait till i was done, and then of course i couldn't flush, because my phone would have probably gotten stuck in the pipe. so yeah, i had to reach my hand in there :-/ not one of my best moments, lol. But i figured it would be worth sharing, might be amusing to someone
