Yesterday I was using my storm tethered to my computer and I was getting GREAT speeds. We're talking 1.5 Mbps. However, I was using so much data that even though my Storm was pulling power from my PC I was still able to completely drain the battery. I was amazed! I drained it so fast it didn't even attempt to turn off the radio. This isn't a complaint seeing I was running it for 5 hours before this happened. I just thought it was amazing and needed to be shared.
Also a helpful little trick that I know has been posted before: When you're Radio has been turned off due to low battery you can turn it back on by going to Options>Advanced Options> Check for Wireless Update. It will ask you if you want to turn on the radio. Just hit yes and you're good to go.
