I am currently operation with OS 4.7.0.99. It recently occurred to me that since my install of v.99, I cannot download or view any attachments, especially pdfs or word. I didnt have any issues with attachments while I was on 4.7.0.75.

Anyone also encounter this problem?

Here's the error msg:
"More request cannot be completed. Service book information not found."
"Request already sent."
"Resend?"

Please help!?!?

It is saying "Service book information not found."
Try resending service books.
Also when you did the upgrade did you accidentally delete docs to go?

When I click to resend, it states, "Request already sent." "Resend?" and it will keep on doing that if you try to resend. When I did the upgrade from v.90 to v.99, it deleted all of my existing attachments. I tried to open and save a pdf document last night and word doc this morning to no avail....still getting that service book error.

whatever you do, dont install, v90...it has way too many bugs.

I don't think that you can save and then view a pdf without another program, but you can with word documents.

As for the service book problem, go here:

Create an account and try resending your service books from here.

Just change the way torecieve the email by non html. then you can open pdf and word docs. the mail in .99 come as as html and then our standard doc ask to save it, instead of opening, so if you change to non html they open.

It works on every document for me
