    I finally downloaded an upgrade from being on .75 since i got the phone in december. So far so good, except one thing, My browser is nowhere to be found. I have tried to open it through an app like facebook, and it says, "Your device does not currently have any Browser Configuration Service Book Entries"

    "Please contact your service provider to enable the Browser on your device"

    Any ideas of what could have caused this? Thanks

    False alarm!, after reading through some forums... I know I should have searched a little more, i did a battery pull and it showed up after a lil while...

    You need to have your service books resent. I think you need to go to the verizon website and run a search for service books and then have them resent to your phone. This should solve the problem. I am still on .75 and haven't upgraded but I am pretty confident that resending the service books should solve your problem.

    what i had to do was a simple battery pull and my browser came back
