I have run .65 .75 and .76 and my storm will just go black once a day. Touching buttons or screen does nothing. No LED or anything. battery pull fixes it. Anyone else having this issue?

It happened to me today it scared the s#*t out of me. I was watching a movie n black screen I could hear the audio but ni picture. Battery pull did fix it though.

that might be a random reboot

when that happens it can take a good minute to 3 minutes before it starts booting up again..

I am assuming your just experiencing a reboot.

I wouldn't call it a reboot because it wont reboot. It just stays off

My 1st Storm did that. And it wasn't a reboot. It would just stay powered off. I sent in for a replacement and the new one isn't doing that.

Mine did it for the first time last night. I thought it was dead. Did a battery pull. Nothing else worked.

My screen went black for the first time yesterday. It took me four battery pulls and some other "special" tricks for my screen to begin working again. I noticed that when writing a text in portrait mode, I would get distortion on my screen. About an hour or so later, the screen went blank, it never came back on. I called corporate about this and they said it sounded like a short. I called them to have a new one sent to me yesterday at 4:10pm. It arrived this morning at 10am.
