Sorry, this is a bit hard to explain.. on the left side of the phone, where the usb port is, the entire casing of the phone can be pressed and it very quietly makes a small clicking sound. Sometimes I think I'm pressing a button, but its just the black plastic casing of the phone. I dont really notice it on the side with the volume buttons.

It's not the end of the world, but I'm just wondering if others have this small issue?? thanks

As bad as that sounds, so have I. I mean, I've done it to my phone, not your phone. You know what I mean.

I haven't had nearly the amount of problems that I've read about on here. I have .85 loaded and I've gotten the "Media Card Inserted" message once (knock on wood). This is my second BlackBerry. My first one was a 7750 and I hated it. I decided to give the Storm a try since I wanted a touchscreen. I'm so glad that I did. I'm not sure how non-BlackBerry users live without one. I almost feel bad for Pres-elect Obama for having to give his up, but then I realize that he's going to be Pres and not having his BlackBerry is the least of his worries...
