I buy a new phone every year, so I tend to pay Retail price for phones. Out of all the phone's I've had over the past years the Blackberry storm is by far my absolutely favorite phone. It's also my first Blackberry and I've been kicking myself in the *** for not getting a blackberry sooner.

I love my phone. I don't have to pull much, and it fits my needs.

I can see where people could complain: it lags (for a phone such as this, it can be expected. Esp. in its first version), the keyboard isn't as good as a physical keyboard (did you expect a touch keyboard to be as good? Really?), etc. etc.

If you don't like the phone, get another model. I don't understand why you'd stick with a phone you don't like. Everything in life is like this: either accept it or change it.
