yes it does, just not on the homescreen if you have it set not to scroll for more icons

hide other icons, then unselect show all. both found using the bb button.

if you want 16 icons, go to options > advanced options > accessibility > grid layout > choose 4x4

hide or move icons that you don't want to a folder and then hide that

If you have 16 icons on the home screen, you can't hover through them anymore with .83. Thats unfortunate because I always found myself doing it

yeah, its unfortunate, but we gave an inch and gained a foot...so yeah
