    Quick question... Is the Doc to go or Word to go app that comes standard on blackberrys only for viewing purposes only? I opened a word document that I use to write reports but I can't enter any input...

    Have you tried Menu-->Edit Mode.

    Docs to Go that comes standard on newer blackberries has limited features, but editing is allowed. One big feature missing is the ability to create new documents. The work around is to save a blank workbook/document/slideshow to your computer and then add that to your bb. When you need to create a new document, open one of the blanks, edit it, then save as.

    Actually, try Premium Edition features (from the Menu choose the appropriate option). This way you'll have a fully functional Documents to Go (with the option to try PDF to Go) for 30 days (correct me if I'm wrong). Then just when you get to Word to Go, create a new document and save it blank as "Template". Repeat with Sheet to Go if you like and you'll have a Template.doc (and Template.xls) file in Media Card \ BlackBerry \ documents \. Then play around as much as you want with Documents to Go, when the trial period is over, use the Template documents you made earlier to open them in Documents to Go Standard Edition to edit and save them as new documents.

    No PC needed
